RUN, REJUVENATE, PERFORM
Our Corporate Run Clubs provide a highly engaging way to get employees moving, while fostering stronger team connections and boosting overall workplace morale.
Led by experienced personal trainers, each session is carefully designed to cater to all fitness levels, ensuring every participant feels supported, motivated and empowered to progress at their own pace. The trainers bring expert guidance on running technique, injury prevention, and goal-setting, helping employees not only enjoy their sessions but also make sustainable improvements in their fitness.
Beyond the physical benefits, our run clubs are a proven way to enhance mental wellbeing, reduce stress and encourage social interaction across teams. Whether integrated as a regular wellbeing initiative or as part of a wider corporate health programme, our sessions contribute to a positive workplace culture, stronger employee engagement and a sense of shared achievement. By investing in a structured, professionally-led run club, companies demonstrate a tangible commitment to their workforce.

CASE STUDY
ABS CORPORATE RUN CLUB – LANDSEC LONDON VICTORIA
ABS Corporate was commissioned by Landsec to deliver a weekly corporate run club for tenants across its portfolio of buildings in London Victoria, as part of it’s summer wellbeing and engagement programme. The initiative was designed to bring together employees from different organisations, encouraging movement, connection and a shared sense of community. Each session was led by an experienced personal trainer from the ABS Corporate team, ensuring the runs were welcoming, motivating and professionally managed from start to finish.
Routes were meticulously planned in advance following close consultation with Landsec, taking into account safety, accessibility and the overall experience for participants. The runs guided tenants through iconic surroundings, including St James’s Park, and were carefully tailored to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels and abilities, allowing everyone to take part comfortably.
Feedback from participants and stakeholders was overwhelmingly positive, with the run club proving a popular and engaging addition to Landsec’s summer events calendar and reinforcing their commitment to tenant wellbeing.
