MINDFULNESS FOR YOUR OFFICE
Workplace yoga sessions support employee wellbeing by reducing stress, improving posture and physical health and enhancing focus and energy levels.
They contribute to a more positive workplace culture by boosting morale, encouraging connection and demonstrating a genuine commitment to employee wellness.
For organisations, yoga can lead to increased productivity, reduced absenteeism and burnout, lower healthcare costs and improved employee retention, making it a simple, inclusive and cost-effective way to support both people and performance.

CASE STUDY
YOGA CLASSES AT THE LINCOLN, MANCHESTER
CBRE partnered with ABS Corporate to deliver on-site yoga classes for tenants at The Lincoln Building in Manchester city centre, with the aim of enhancing workplace wellbeing and strengthening the tenant experience.
Initially introduced as a trial, the professionally led sessions were designed to be accessible to all abilities and easy to attend within the working day. Due to strong engagement and positive feedback from tenants, the programme has since evolved into a monthly, ongoing wellbeing initiative.
The yoga classes have had a clear positive impact on the tenant community, helping participants reduce stress, improve physical wellbeing and create regular opportunities to step away from desk-based work. The sessions have also encouraged greater interaction between tenants from different organisations, contributing to a stronger sense of community within the building. As a result, the initiative has become a valued part of life at The Lincoln Building, reinforcing CBRE’s commitment to creating healthier, more connected workplace environments.
