HEALTH MOTs
Health MOTs are a proactive way for businesses to support employee wellbeing by offering quick, convenient checks on key health markers.
We provide the following in-office testing:
- Cholesterol
- Blood pressure
- Glucose levels
These tests provide employees with valuable insights into their current health status and help identify early signs of common conditions.
High blood sugar can indicate pre-diabetes or diabetes, high cholesterol can clog arteries and raise heart attack or stroke risk and high blood pressure strains your heart and vessels without obvious symptoms. Regular testing helps detect problems early, guide lifestyle changes and prevent long-term complications.
By bringing these assessments into the workplace, organisations make it easier for staff to access preventative healthcare without needing to schedule external appointments, ultimately fostering a culture that values wellbeing.
The testing process is simple, non-invasive and completed within 15 minutes including post testing consultation, allowing minimal disruption to the working day.
How We Test

CASE STUDY
NON-GOVERNMENTAL PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANISATION
ABS Corporate partnered with a non-governmental organisation to deliver a series of on-site Health MOTs designed to support early health awareness and employee wellbeing. The programme ran over several days and gave staff the opportunity to receive key health screenings in a convenient and supportive workplace setting.
Highly trained, professional members of the ABS Corporate team delivered glucose, blood pressure, and cholesterol testing, ensuring each assessment was conducted to a high clinical standard. The team oversaw every stage of the process, creating a calm, confidential environment that encouraged staff participation and trust.
Following the assessments, results were explained in careful detail to each individual, helping employees understand their health markers and what they meant for their overall wellbeing. The initiative was well received by staff and demonstrated the impact of preventative health support delivered directly within the workplace.
